First off let me say I was very skeptical about your service. I had made the mistake of calling another company and was asked for my password to my account. That was a big mistake. After calling your company I was blown away at the quality of your support. Your tech person went over and beyond any normal tech support call. Hi, please forward this to your CEO and use this on your web site. I am attorney that uses Google for everything. In the past 5 years I’ve never been let down using Gmail. One day right before session was about to begin, I learned that my Gmail account had been hacked and locked out of my account. If it wasn’t for your company I surely would have lost the case. All my updated briefs where in Google Docs. You guys saved by behind. I would have paid 10 times what you guys charged. I greatly appreciate the service and your professionalism.

John helped me through gmail support. I had input incorrect information to set up a new email account and couldn’t undo it. John spent more than 2 hours on the phone with me not only fixing my problem but guiding me through the process of securing my email accounts more thoroughly. He explained each step and its purpose and ended up giving me great comfort that my emails accounts will be as safe as possible from hackers and other demons. He is enthusiastic, passionate about his work, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and really wants the phone call to end with the customer’s satisfaction. And, in my case, I was very satisfied!!
