We do not prorate accounts. For for example, if you start your Premium Membership on January 1st, 2017, and decide to cancel your membership on January 20th, 2017, you will not be billed again come February 1st, 2017. You will continue to enjoy your Premium Membership until your first month’s membership is complete. At that point your membership will revert back to a Free Subscriber.
If your membership started on January 1st, 2017 and cancel your membership on February 20th, 2017, you will not be refunded or prorated for the remainder of any month. Our system will simply stop the recurring monthly billing process and you will no longer be billed on March 1st, 2017.

If you’re using Internet Explorer now called Microsoft Edge, install and open Google Chrome then check to see if you still have problems. Google Chrome is also available to iPhone users. The default browser on all Apple mobile devices and computers is Safari. Visit the Apple Play Store and download and install Google Chrome to use as your default browser.
