REFUNDS REGARDING ONE-ON-ONE GMAIL HELP SUPPORT SERVICE
If after determining that we cannot resolve your problem, customer are entitled to a full refund.

RECURRING ISSUES AFTER PROVIDING ONE-ON-ONE GMAIL HELP SUPPORT
Our "One-On-One Gmail Help Support Service" includes one incident per case. After resolving an issue, we consider our duties concluded and the incident closed. Future issues may require members to order this service again regardless if the issue is related to a previous incident or not.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all orders after the date such change was implemented.
